Legal basis for the processing

Unless otherwise stated in this document, personal data will be processed and stored for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and may be stored for a longer period due to a legal obligation to which the organization is subject or on the basis of the user’s consent.

It follows that

  • Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the OWNER and the USER must be kept until the contract has been fully performed.

The Owner may be authorized to store Personal Data for a longer period of time if the User has given consent to such processing as long as such consent is not withdrawn.
